In the words of one of our 4D parents...
"The staff at 4D are amazing and they have helped my children immensely! My children were struggling in school and reading, writing and spelling...and the progress is outstanding! I cannot say enough good things about 4D." ~ Michael K.
"We help children and adults who have vision issues that interfere with their ability to read, to comprehend, to learn, to work, and even pay attention."
In 2009, Dr. Collier, a Behavioral Optometrist (or Developmental Optometrist), established the Optometric Vision Therapy Team with the goal of making this program of care more accessible to patients with medical insurance in the central region of Connecticut and beyond. Since then, Dr. Collier has opened her own practice in Cromwell, CT. She and her Vision Therapy team have provided an effective and practical solution for people of all ages who seek to enhance their vision and improve their daily lives. What started as a service only offered two days a week has now expanded to six days a week to accommodate more people.
Optometric Vision Therapy is a treatment program that is supervised by a Behavioral Optometrist (or Developmental Optometrist), to correct specific visual challenges faced by children and adults.
